While the Giants got ahead early, it was a four-run fifth inning and an even larger six-run sixth inning that gave the Twins their win. The victory leaned on the later performance of starter Adrian Sampson, as well as hits over a bullpen that struggled to find it’s footing once relievers starting coming in.

Both Teams Get Four

After a 7-3 win, the Kiwoom Heroes achieved a sweep over the Hanhwa Eagles.

A loss and a close win earlier in the series were surprisingly close results for the top-ranked NC Dinos to have against the SK Wyverns. The final game of the series told a different story, however, with the Dinos winning 10-0.

A high-scoring evening saw the Doosan Bears pick up a 14-8 win over the KT Wiz.
